nice size and room to build on that frame. Saw his JR highlights .. Hard to tell how good he can be .. comes from a very small private school ... the K-12 enrollment is 750 across all 13 grades. In IHSA Class 8A, 750 is a single graduating class. So he hasn't seen any competition yet. but we've had some success finding small school guys.

Plays both sides of ball, also plays basketball .. good athlete with great frame .. so he looks like he has something to work with .. .probably going to take a couple years though coming from such a small school.

Welcome to Redbird Nation, Sean Paradise. I'm sure you know, we have strong tradition at RB position, and we love our defense ... one way or the other, you''re walking into a program that has had a lot of tradition at your positions .. RB and LB.

Didn't we give the small school argument as to why our All American RB might not make it?

Right, he's about 6'3 200 but since he plays basketball he hasn't been able to devote full-time to developing his body for football. With room to build on that frame I could see him getting up around 225lbs. and being an effective combination of power and speed.

good point ... Rockford Lutheran HS enrollment is currently 350, but they got a "non-boundaried school multiplier" up to 575 in determining they are Class 4A .. highest being 8A in IL. So figure Robinsons senior class was probably 80 to 90. But he played class 4A ... which would have been against bigger schools in the 150 graduating class range. He set nearly every rushing record in IL ... doing ok at ISU ... 2x all conference and all american.

Seems like a good recruiting angle. Go for kids who are overlooked because they play at smaller schools.

Anyone have any idea where Brian Adams is going to fit in the running game this year?
