Minus is short turnaround with thin available roster after high intensity game.

Plus is team should have little reason not to be up for this one to return favor on heartbreaker at Valpo.

Does anyone know what players are injured for Valpo and are not available for this game?

He tweets a lot, but Paul Oren, the Valpo beat writer is a good follow on Twitter, both for them and MVC Hoops.

I know it’s tough to get back up after an emotional game but the sting of the loss at Valpo has to be used.

Seniors will lead

I think we continue to play well. I will not elaborate on why as if you have read my posts you know why.

Pre-game party for students.

Just to have some fun with BB fan, but I do think a certain poster just suggested this idea last week. Not saying they are taking my ideas, but...

This is awesome and glad they are doing it.

Haha. They seem to get one or more stuck in the roof cables over where we sit every time. We also sit under were one of the blowers is at and it pushes it right away from us every time.
I do like the promotion. It is something fun. Fun to watch them float down and watch people's anticipation of where it might land.

Sorry to burst your bubble on them “taking” your idea, but I was in talking about this game last month and was told they were working on putting this event together.

I think anything we see with food before a game is probably in the works but more likely to be released after the last game has concluded. It avoids confusion that students may get free food at the current game.

I know I’ve called for more Bobblehead games over the years, but I can’t take credit when they work on one and get it done.

It was mostly said with sarcasm. After years of not coming up with anything new, these last two games have been refreshing. Hope they keep up the good work. I applaud their efforts.

Now let’s get revenge for the first game and beat Valpo. We can’t have any kind of letdown.

Notice they are using the Redbird Room. Is that not going to be open to the donors?

There is usually a game or 2 that are closed to donors for events like this... I THINK they don’t send RR/LR passes with season tickets for those game.

Gonna say what Reggie said. Rico, this stuff is planned out well ahead of time. You said something a few days ago about admins finally taking your ideas. Newsflash. Most every promotion and event is set up pretty much right after the schedule comes up. Several weeks ahead, even a couple of months in many cases.

Seriously, you have been very, very rough on the efforts of our athletics stuff, one example referring to these folks' efforts as a "dumpster fire". It's wrong, and just rude. So now that it seems they are taking all of your ideas as you think, can we quit the mean hyperbole? We just came off a very successful gameday effort with lot of good stuff and a big crowd. They deserve kudos.
