Over. This game won't have the same feel as Tuesday's against UNI. I have a feeling Loyola is going to look to make up for that horrible showing at Evansville. Maybe some added motivation for the Blers to show Chas what he is missing by not being there?

I hope Chas has 25 and 10. That seems reasonable, right?

tweet from Benson yesterday:

“ISU coach Dan Muller said William Tinsley, who scored 21 points in last year's game at Loyola, has "got to play better than other guys for an extended period of time in practice" to return to the rotation. Tinsley hasn't played last 2 games and only 5 minutes at Valpo.”

I would have driven to the game because I got new windshield wipers, but 250 and Adunk don’t want to pimp this Flintstone ride no mo.

Where's the pregame?
I emailed and asked about this a while back and was told no Pre Game, only a Watch Party at Flagship Tavern and Grill quite a ways away from the game.
They use to hold the Pre Game at Bar 63, but it appears to no longer be open. Our group is going Bulldog Ale House which is just a couple blocks north of Gentile Arena.

We will need to make some threes and we have not shown that ability in quite awhile. I would think Loyola would be pumped after their latest outing.

If our offense struggles like Valpo and Evansville, we lose by 10+. If we play inside-out and get to the free throw line, we win. This isn't the same Loyola team from year's past, but we often struggle with disciplined, slow tempo teams with a competent big man. I think we'll turn the corner today.

C'mon Redbirds! Let's see about that 'unfinished business.'

Feels like they have been walking on the edge, are overdue to be boatraced, and Loyola-Chicago is coming off an attention getter. Sets up to be potentially ugly, I hope they come in under the pointspread.

A good road showing, even in defeat, would add credence that they are truly turning the corner.

This game will be about two things for ISU:

-seniors exhibiting mental toughness, composure and good decisions

-not hurrying on offense and executing effectively

It we don’t do those two things it’s a blowout. If we do do those two things we have a shot.

If Yarbrough thinks this is his chance to shine 1on1 and in transition on national TV, then the game is already over.

Odd. You're usually more concerned about the ANDs and the BUTTs

Anytime time teams are physical with Phil he seems to play soft soft soft. Our shooting from 3 is horrible
