Re: So how are we feeling now?

After watching last season’s debacle, I don’t think our transfer players will allow a repeat performance. If the timing was ever perfect for the Italam trip to promote team bonding and offensive / defensive execution, it’s now.

Re: So how are we feeling now?

The trip to Italy will be huge in providing acclimation for all the new players. I sincerely hope the offense changes from last year

Re: Antonio Reeves to ISU

I find it ironic that the Bradley board was overly focused on our open scholarship situation, but now is relatively silent in addressing our two new players.

Good point CpacMel. Again, I go back to my original question re the kid’s progress. Are the assessments favorable after a year on campus?

Abdou Ndiaye

What is anyone hearing about his progress? Has he improved his weight and strength? Did he hold his own in practice?

Re: Closing the Book on 2018-19, Looking towards 2019-20

When I browse our recruiting forum and read the verbal commits tweets, I’m disheartened to find that we are competing with the likes of UALR, SEMO, and Central Connecticut State for recruits. Seriously? Have we fallen that far so soon? Maybe we should look overseas for some Serbian, Lithuanian, or C...

Maybe we’ll get lucky and find an unheralded Michael McKenney diamond in the rough.

Re: 2019 3X3 National Championship

IMO a definite diss by a player I would not want on my team. Brown is now in the same category as Tornado, just another Bradley cheap shot artist.

Open Scholarships

As of right now, and assuming no defections, how many open scholarships do we have and do we expect Spring signings?

Next Year

We need a total makeover to maintain some semblance of competitiveness next year. While I agree that an emphasis on defense needs to be made, there are so many gaping holes......point guard, three point shooting, offensive sets, etc. I’ve been a fan since 1970 and this year was a disaster. Nothing f...

Re: MVC Post-Season

I hate Bradley too but the way they hung in the game yesterday reminded me of when Rickey Jackson and Jarrod Coleman played their final game against Michigan (and Rumeal Robinson) in the NCAA tournament. We almost had Michigan in that game.

Saw the kid play in high school. Tremendous three point range but small. Played with Larry Austin Jr. at Springfield Lanphier.

Re: MVC Budget

See Tucker Carlson’s take on staggering student loan debt on the Fox News website today. He attributes some of the cause to many universities adding unnecessary layers of administrative positions with questionable purpose or accountability, financed by ever increasing tuition.
