Re: Alum opens Chick-fil-A near Ferguson

Tash and I were on the same teams at ISU, and is a good friend of mine. I’m pretty sure I mentioned when she was on Survivor at least one of the 2 seasons.
Anyhow, she was a strong cheerleader and dancer and is a better person. She deserves every good thing coming to her.

Re: Italy Trip, Coaching Assignments, New Offense

I can try to FB Live it...or Periscope, but the info has been so slow to come out that my window is closing for me to hop down to Italy. Even the athletic dept has little info, so I'm wondering if just finalizing from the Italian end has been difficult. If there is anything to know about Italians i...

Unlikely but it will be up to the host if they broadcast any games. Anyone know if we can watch the games from over there? Unlikely but it will be up to the host if they broadcast any games. Each situation should be handled case by case. I hear this kid had other issues, whatever that means.
I’m glad Muller doesn’t just give up on a kid ( not saying that GG did). But every situation is different.

Re: Offered: Kolton Mitchell, 6’4” PG

I don’t think there aren’t plenty of good reasons to become a Redbird—ISU can sell itself. However, other programs have so many bad things that can be said honestly about our program.
Major one being absence of us on the national radar. We are 20+ years removed from a bid with no end in sight.

Re: Closing the Book on 2018-19, Looking towards 2019-20

I don’t agree completely with the “get freshman” exclusively mentality. The landscape has changed, and those kids will leave you out to dry if they get the chance, ala Vic Williams/Nic Moore (those hurt). JUCO guys want a four year degree just as much as the next guy. Don’t hate because they were la...

Re: 2020 Interest - based on tweets and follows

As scientific as this thread had seemed at one point, it’s obvious that Müller is a step ahead of most of us. Ricky Torres wasn’t on this radar. Not knocking this thread’s intent. Just think it is awesome that we can still be surprised.

Re: Matt Hein leaving

The truth is, we probably all have said something bad about him at some point, but sadly he hasn’t been praised enough for the good things. He’s actually been the key playmaker or hero for us in more games than many scholarship players that have come through here. If anything, his loss is devastatin...

Matt Hein leaving

If Jefferson gets his own thread, then Matt deserves one. He put in more work than most guys on the team, always kept his head high and never fricking quit! If he earned the love of some our favorite players not sure what the holdout was on this board. Most of you couldn’t play your old asses out of...

Re: Signing day

I stated something about another country, you went on to talk about the politics of the US, which of course encouraged the disagreement or agreement of your take on US politics. I don't allow politics, nothing positive comes of it. I was trying to point out that maybe O doesn't view Turkey has this...

Re: Signing day

Lol,
Someone harping about controlled internet and ironically my post has disappeared.
Before we disparage another country, maybe we should look the mirror, first.
Sucks that O hasn’t been paid. I’m sure that is more organizational than politically influenced.

Re: Assistant coach?

Barry Hinson ...would be fun. a proven 17 year record of not being able to recruit or develop or coach a team (or any combination of the three) to the level of the ncaa tournament should disqualify any and all peeps Why? Seems to be the perfect mentor for where we are headed under Muller... Relax t...
