Just terrible news. Zeke left this world way too prematurely. RIP Zeke.

...if it comes out that this was a condition he may have had since college, does this have a chance of having splashback on ISU?

The lawsuit, which is correct, states that no CPR was started despite no heartbeat. You can watch the video and see nobody started any life saving measures despite no heartbeat/pulse. She should win big time even if it comes out that he knew of this condition because this man could be alive. 50/50 chance if they started CPR. But, they didn't so that reduced it to about a 1% chance. That 49% chance is worth millions.

I think it would be a STRETCH. It'd have to get through Hofstra first.

WTF? Team doc says it Zeke's fault??!! Give me an effing break. Nut up, doc. This is on you for not paying attention to the patient.

Here's to praying that Zeke's family gets closure and justice on this tragedy.

It's poorly written but I think the doc is admitting fault. As in it's his own fault it happened. Not Zeke's fault. I think.

Docs have malpractice insurance to cover this. Doesn't bring Zeke back though, that's all on him.

From the Tweeted article:
The autopsy report for Zeke Upshaw indicates that the now-deceased Grand Rapids Drive basketball player's actions are the reason he wasn't provided CPR immediately after he collapsed during a game.

WTF does that mean? I don't get how someone who had collapsed cost himself the opportunity to be provided with CPR.
