He’s got some good recruits signed to Drake. Wonder if they follow him, stay committed or free agency

Graduating all those seniors. Is this a step up or a step out? Sincere question.

I agree, but should attract a good young coach. Wonder if we'll see any familiar faces?

He wants back in. He won't ever leave for a better job.

Good question. He was basically handed the job after Giacoletti resigned. I would guess no, or very little which ColSt swallowed up, since he jumped so quick. I could be completely wrong though...

May the dominos fall, and let the games begin! Still a lot hanging in the air regarding our friends from the FBI. (Somebody get me the DieHard quote)

MVC schools don't have the money or cache to maintain successful coaches. It's such a positive to hire a coach with school, conference or geographic ties....at least there's potential for some loyalty. Maybe not a million dollars of loyalty, but something.

I wonder if we will see a Head Coach Farokhmanesh on the Drake sideline next season. If so I hope he gets a buy game in Lawrence.

One of them is a 1st team All State player from 40 minutes up the road from me, Kendle Moore. I was pretty surprised they got that kid in the first place. I haven't seen him in person but everything I have been told by those around these parts who's opinions I trust are that he's the real deal. I'll be interested to see if he decommits.
Feel free to follow me @RPKraemer on the Twitter Machine. Always up for talking Redbird Hoops and Football. Go Birds!

No scholarships, no pt. They would be in limited role player minutes or sit out completely and then transfer.

Wonder if Wisconsin asst. and our former asst Dean Oliver would be interested? He's an Iowa native I think. Or are his sights set higher?
