Re: UNI @ ISU 2/17

Again, when the game is still playing quicker to you, you revert to your strongest skillset. EC can go right. He'll be a very, very good player for us when his career is over. :text-+1: I agree. Yes, he can go right, but he goes to the left better. I eat burritos better with my right hand, but can ...

Re: @ Bradley

David does not give you the inside offensive presence that fayne brings to the team. You are talking about one of the top 5 or 6 scorers in the conference. That’s the inside presence that Fayne brings to the table. David has size but nowhere near the skills around the basket My problem with David i...

Bradley fans even stand until a score by the opposing team. Our fans can't stand until the opening tip.... sad.
:text-+1:

And it took how many shots for us to even score? I'm lost count after eight. Kinda felt sorry for their fans.

Re: @ Bradley

Because the season isn’t over and there’s still a lot to fight for. And if he’s healthy, and on scholarship, then I don’t see why we shouldn’t be expecting him to play. Any chance he can get a medical waiver? At this point, I would rather preserve a year on him, than waste one. That basically alrea...

https://twitter.com/pg_benson/status/963218061393301505 Are we going to have enough guys? Will Romine finally play? We will have 7 (Hein, Madison, Milik, Boogie, David, Ike, Elijah) that play with Litwiller and Romine on the bench. One or both will have to play. We're in for an interesting night on...

Re: At Valpo

Dump all the money into women’s soccer? They had a bad year too. I think Volleyball is our best team now, or Softball. In two years Women's Basketball will be our best... Do we still have a debate team? In defense of soccer... They have lost two coaches (to bigger) schools within that stretch and t...

Re: Never too early... 18-19 Non-conf schedule

When they take these early season trips to places like Hawaii, etc, does ISU help get a travel package together for their fans to go? Seems like every year they go someplace cool. Kinda interested in going to the Cayman's if there's a chance to go at a decent price.

Re: At Valpo

I don't know what Romine's current state, physically or mentally/emotionally, really is. He may have lost the drive. I don't know. So I'm speaking of the Romine I knew. Some kids have a knack for the ball and knowing where the ball is. That's Romine. Quick to the ball, which helps him offensively a...

Exactly what is ISU good at these days ‘cause it sure isn’t football or basketball. Is women’s soccer still decent? Yes been to NCAAs 5 of last 7 years or so Dump all the money into women’s soccer? Re: vs SIU 2/8

I'm guessing Fayne will be out at least a game. Good growth this game from Clarance and Ndiaye. Boogie shot the ball well that will help things. Wonder if we try going small or lots of shooting with Fayne out. Would be interesting to see Clarance, Williams, Yarbrough, Tinsley, and Bruninga out ther...

Re: National Signing Day 2018

If you didn't see Spack's press conference, posted on the football website, you have to do it. A good 20 minute investment. He has some interesting stuff to say, altho sometimes those questions are hard to hear. I think he was really touting the Bussone kid from Normal as a potential impact this fa...

Re: National Signing Day 2018

Brock said last night that we are close to signing a contract to play U of I. I asked if they would come here to play. He said he didn't care where we played them. But it looks like it is on! We will have more people in their stands than they will.

Re: vs SIU 2/8

Phil and Milik need to stay out of foul trouble. No dumb fouls reaching in when you have no chance of getting the rebound. I hate it when one of them has to sit in the first half because they get two fouls way too quick.

What is funny about Fantasy Land (aka Bradleyfans) is they have a long thread on scummiest coaches, call out ISU players, etc..., but I notice they brush off the fact their own coach was abusive to his players at his previous job and nearly (if it wasn't covered up with a phony/bs investigation he ...

Re: Davontae Harris

Kind of sucks Dalton got left inside at DT .. not big enough at next level, and thought he was planning move to DE I figure Davontae will run between 4.55 and 4.59 .. so closer to 4.60 than 4.50 I'm thinking he'll get signed as a UFA. Could be like Cameron Lee and still make a roster somewhere. See...

Re: Evans update?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but both times he injured it wasn't due to contact with anybody. Just kind of gave out. So his knee is just weak and needs some rest. It wasn't like an unlucky event that injured him. He probably wasn't fully recovered when they brought him back the first time, and it kinda ...

Re: 2018 Interest - based on tweets and follows

I thought the coach said he would have to earn it? Or did he do that already? I'm pretty sure he should be on scholarship. I'll be excited to see him play next year, along with Copeland. Well... considering Chastian and Copeland both go to the captain's meeting to meet the officials before the open...

Re: 2018 Interest - based on tweets and follows

Never stop recruiting in the college basketball carousel. I'm not going to start speculating who might leave but Muller has been burned by that before and had to scrape the bottom of the barrel. Really hoping the 2018-19 Illinois State Redbirds have these players in uniform, healthy, and academical...
