Re: Muller's Summer Press Conference

:text-+1: Logic prevails. That plus he is not on the roster on goredbirds.com. So now we are +1 on scholarships. I presume since Muller seemed to make it clear that Gassman's scholarship was just for last year just because they had an extra one so why let it go to waste that he would return to bein...

Re: Abdou Ndiaye COMMITTED to ISU

I'm referring in terms of how good he is. Jackie's 17.4 points and 9.2 rebounds his final year (during an era where the game was slower and less possessions and much more physical) vs. David's 4.3 points per game and 4.0 rebounds in a more up tempo, stat-friendly era. "A different era" ?? Jackie gr...

Re: Rumors starting already

Ok so here is how I see this going down. Chastain, Gassman and Romine all pay their own way. All three will get scholarships next season. Hein will graduate early and grad transfer work two years remaining and get his master's degree. Romine owes Dan for not burning him a year once NCAA rules.

Re: Madison Williams career over

Madison did in two years what few players do, created a positive lasting memory. That dunk against Valparaiso will live in ISU lore for years. Happy Madison gets to finish his schooling. He was a great athlete and when his knees weren't killing him he was hitting his outside shot above 40%.

Opening Night Starting 5 Keyshawn Copeland Milik Fayne Abdou Keyshawn Copeland Milik Tinsley Fayne BENCH N’diaye Idowu Chastain Jefferson Clarance Bruninga 1. Hein is not listed. Thank God. 2. It's scary when Bruninga is 8-10 Madison as the 12th? Deepest team we have had in awhile.

Lol of course not. I will say the gif of Hawkins getting up and leaving was pretty funny

Re: 2018 - Abdou Ndiaye, 6-9/200, PF The Nation Christian Academy

So I was on shockernet and they seem to think they are now out of the running. Hmmmm But the way they are framing it.... "Coach Marshall moved on" Its like when you don't get the girl... "I wasn't really that in to her anyway..." Ha ha! Love the analogy, I can relate all too well. Lol I think we al...

I think Dan learned from the injuries that plagued ISU and SIU. Hard to practice when you only have 7 guys

Re: Good to go for 18-19 or need more pieces?

Muller would not say how the Redbirds plan to get to the limit, but added "it 100 percent jives." In fact, Muller and his staff are still recruiting and "would like to get a guy with size." From the pantagraph article about Jaycee So, Muller is basically being the Joker from The Dark Knight, "It's ...

Re: Boyd commits!

Really excited for Boyd. Three years of a scorer will be nice. The year off will do wonders for him. Dan has shown the ability to teach ball skills and sitting so good averages should go up especially since he will have a supporting cast.

Re: Good to go for 18-19 or need more pieces?

Lots of talent in the locker room right now. It will be interesting how the scholarships fall but it looks as if Dan is building a team that won't be shorthanded like last year's team was.
