Re: Former Redbirds...

The role he played at Oregon - swiss army knife - is his only potential spot in the NBA. Not a great shooter, decent rebounder, fairly tough defensively... no real standout ability, but an NBA body. He could have some value as an 11th or 12th man.

Re: MVC Player Movement

I have no interest in milwaukee. I'm glad Lucas isn't going to Bradley.

Milwaukee sounds like wichita st level garbage, though.

TeJon Lucas to Milwaukee. I'm glad he's not going to Bradley - he's a pretty good player, especially defensively.

Re: Power 6 Teams at Redbird Arena

Syracuse came to Horton (Leo Rautins/Danny Schayes team), and of course #2 UNLV. I'm sure there were more that I can't recall. Centenary with Robert Parrish. New Orleans with Wayne Cooper. There are only 5 Power conferences, btw, but if you had to assign a 6th, it would be the Big East, not the one ...

It's gratifying how much they're going to suck. marshall plays dinasaur ball now, too. Two post players and not enough good 3 point shooters.

Re: Wheels... Falling... Off... (And I love it)

Yeah, with one returning player, they won't be bad. They'll be well beyond bad. 7 or 8 wins depending on the number of patsies on the schedule. With luck, they only decline further.

This is the least surprising news of the spring. I hope ISU gives him a full release to play for Penny.

Re: Loyola

Loyola guard Cameron Satterwhite is transferring. Interesting one. He was in the rotation and I figured he’d have a larger role moving forward. That’s now two. I know many don’t want to admit it happens everywhere, but it does. Cam's a Phoenix native, so he might just be homesick. He was originally...

Re: King David gone

Evidence of PLee ragging? It’s on the old board. I remember you ragging on Paris more than once and spouting off about how ISU needs a real point guard. Don’t reply to this with feigned denial. You did do this dude. So it’s ragging to ask that a point guard have better than a 1.2 assist to turnover...

Benson asked! He asked coach if there is any other news about roster movement or anything and Muller said, "Not yet. There could be, but not yet."
He's hearing from Brandon Paul and Jereme Richmond !!?!?!

Yikes.
